Q: Do I need a reservation?
Nope! Walk-ins are always welcome during studio hours (Monday-Sunday 10:00-6:00). Large groups (6+) should call ahead so we can save you a table.

Q: How much does it cost?
Projects start at $15 and go up depending on size and style. Price includes paint, glaze, studio time, and firing — no hidden fees.

Q: How long does it take?
Most people finish in 1–2 hours, but it depends on your masterpiece.

Q: When will my pottery be ready?
We glaze and fire your piece — it’s usually ready in 7–10 days. We’ll text you when it’s done!

Q: Can I bring food or drinks?
Yes! We’re family-friendly and welcome snacks, drinks, even birthday cake.

Q: What if I’ve never painted pottery before?
Perfect — PYOP is for beginners! Our staff is always happy to help with tips, tricks, and tools to make your design shine.

Q: Do you host parties or group events?
Yes! PYOP is great for birthdays, team-building, family reunions, or girls’ nights. We’ll set everything up, you take home the memories.

Q: What happens if I don’t pick up my piece?
We hold finished pottery for 30 days. After that, unclaimed items join our Abandoned Art event (a surprise treasure hunt for new artists!).

Q: Can you ship my pottery?
Yes! If you’re visiting from out of town, we can safely ship your finished piece for an additional fee.

Q: Is there an age limit?
Nope — PYOP is for all ages! From toddlers making handprints to grandparents painting keepsakes, everyone is welcome.
